This live Reiki session is designed for business owners, creatives, and planners who want to move into Q4 with more clarity, intention, and grounded energy, rather than just adding more goals and to-dos.

No experience with Reiki is necessary. Just bring yourself, something cozy, and a little space to breathe.

What You Can Expect During the Session

Ground + Reflect

We'll begin with a short guided prompt to help you center yourself and reconnect with what really matters heading into the final stretch of the year.

Receive Reiki

Reiki is sent to the group while you rest, breathe, and simply receive. There is nothing you need to do or figure out. Just allow yourself to be present.

Journal + Close

We will wrap up gently with optional journaling prompts and quiet time to integrate. You will leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to your next steps.
