Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to book a Reiki session with me. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us, please take a moment to review the following booking policies: 1. Booking Confirmation All sessions must be booked in advance through this booking page. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. 2. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are processed securely online. 3. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged in full. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. 5. Session Duration Sessions are approximately 45 minutes long. This includes 30 minutes of Reiki energy healing and time before and after the session for you to settle in and discuss any insights or questions—discussion is optional, based on your preference. 6. Distance Reiki Sessions Distance Reiki works just as effectively as in-person sessions. You will receive instructions on how to prepare for your session so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience from the comfort of your own space. 7. Health and Well-Being Reiki is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
